Providing Quality Communication in the Border Areas of Batken Region

The team of ElCat LLC deeply mourns those who lost their lives in the armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik state border and extends heartfelt condolences to their families, relatives, and friends.

At the same time, ElCat has commenced the construction of a backbone fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) from Sulukta city to Arka village in the Leilek district. The planned FOCL will enable residents of villages affected by the events on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border, such as Kulundu, Ak-Aryk, Razzakov, Ak-Sai, Internatsional, Beshkent, Borborduk, Jashtyk, and Dostuk in the Leilek district of Batken region, to stay connected and reach out to their loved ones at any time.

Currently, ElCat operates an FOCL along the Batken–Ravat–Isfana–Sulukta route.
