Notice of Changes to Tariff Plans for Telecommunication Services Provided to Individuals

Please be informed that, effective July 1, 2026, the following tariff plans will no longer be available for new connections or continued service:

- Issyk-Kul 2
- Issyk-Kul 3
- Volna 1 (legacy tariff plan available only to existing subscribers)
- Volna 2
- Volna 3
- Volna 4
- Oblako 1
- Oblako 2
- Oblako 1 JA
- Oblako 2 JA
- Oblako 3 JA
As part of our initiative to unify and improve the tariff portfolio for individual customers throughout the Kyrgyz Republic, we are introducing a single Home+ tariff plan lineup.
The Home+ tariff plans are now available in all regions of the Kyrgyz Republic where connection to the ElCat network is technically available. This will ensure consistent, convenient service terms regardless of your location.
We invite you to select the Home+ tariff plan that best suits your needs and complete the transition within one month from the date of publication of this notice. To switch to a new tariff plan, please contact our Customer Support Service or visit your nearest ElCat office.
